If you contact the Agent in the location containing the project tasks and subtasks, it will use that context.
You can also:
- DM the Agent a link to the project task or List.
- In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention the Agent.
The Agent's data sources
The content of the task and subtasks, if any.
Optional steps
- If the Agent doesn't have all the info it needs to format the closeout Doc according to the template included in the prompt, it will insert placeholders.
- If the closeout Doc includes placeholders, the Agent replies asking for more info.
- If more info is provided, the Agent adds a new page to the Doc with that info.
