What are Hubs?

Hubs are structured pages that let you centralize, organize, find, and take action on items including:

Feature availability including by plan and user role varies by feature.

Access Hubs

Hubs are available in your Global Navigation.

If you don't see a specific Hub in your Global Navigation:

  1. Click More.
  2. Select the Hub.
  3. To keep the Hub visible in your Global Navigation, pin it.

Quick actions from Hubs

You can also take quick action on any Hub by hovering over it in your Global Navigation.

Options include:

  • Pinning or unpinning the Hub from your Global Navigation.
  • Creating items.
  • Viewing recent items.

Hubs

The features available in each Hub vary.

Hubs include:

  • A grid or gallery layout you can search, sort, and filter to quickly find items.
  • A collapsible sidebar that displays:
    • Pages that show filtered results so you can quickly find items based on their visibility or type.
      For example, in Docs Hubs, you can use pages to quickly find private Docs, shared Docs, and Meeting notes.
    • Sections that display recent items, favorites, and in Docs Hub, popular Wikis.
  • Templates you can use to get a head start creating structured and engaging content.
