Open your Analytics page
There are multiple ways to open your Analytics page.
From your Workspace settings
To open your Workspace's AI reporting from your Workspace settings:
- In the upper-left corner, click your Workspace avatar.
- Select Settings.
- In the All settings sidebar, click AI Usage.
From the AI Hub
To open your Workspace's AI reporting from the AI Hub:
- In your Global Navigation, select AI.
- In the AI Hub sidebar, select Analytics.
View AI value and activity on the Analytics tab
On the Analytics tab, the Overview section shows the value your AI created over the last 30 days.
The overview includes two metrics:
| Metric | Description |
| Time Saved | The time your Workspace saved by using AI. Each completed AI action is multiplied by a time benchmark, and the results are added together. |
| Human Cost Savings | Time Saved multiplied by an hourly rate of $50. |
Time benchmarks
A time benchmark is the number of minutes a person would spend doing an action by hand. Change the benchmarks to match how fast your team works.
To edit the time benchmarks:
- In the Overview section, select Edit.
- In the Time benchmark modal, enter the minutes for each action type.
- Select Save.
To go back to ClickUp's defaults, select Restore default.
These are the default benchmarks:
| Action | Default minutes |
| Each task creation & update | 4 |
| Each doc creation & update | 6 |
| Each comment creation & update | 2 |
| Each summary creation & update generated | 6 |
| Each search & load assets | 3 |
| Each image generation | 30 |
| Each external app action | 5 |
| Each app search | 5 |
| Each view creation or update | 7 |
| Each artifact creation | 60 |
Editing a benchmark changes the Time Saved and Human Cost Savings metrics. It doesn't change how many AI Super Credits an action uses.
The Actions completed section counts AI actions by type, including tasks created or updated, Docs created or updated, images generated, comments or chats sent, and assets searched or loaded. The chart below it plots those actions by day.
The Agent Performance table shows what each of your Super Agents produced:
| Column | Description |
| Agent | The Super Agent's name. |
| Actions completed | The number of actions the Super Agent finished. |
| Time saved | The Super Agent's actions multiplied by their time benchmarks. |
| Value created | The Super Agent's time saved multiplied by the hourly rate. |
| Cost | What the Super Agent's runs cost. |
| ROI | Value created compared to cost, shown as a multiplier such as 330x. |
| Creator | The person who created the Super Agent. |

Usage notification
Admins are notified via a banner and in the Agents and Automations menus in location headers when your Workspace is at 80%, 90%, and 100% of your AI usage.
At just over 100% of usage, you won't be able to access premium features until they renew the following month.

Purchase AI Super Credits and overage protection
To add AI Super Credits, click Add credits in the upper-right corner.
Select a suggested amount or click Custom to add more credits in $10 increments. Credits are $0.001 / credit, and the suggested amounts are $10, $20, and $30.
- To avoid interruption of your premium features, click the Avoid interruption toggle to set up overage protection. The toggle sets a Max monthly top-up of $10. You can also purchase overage protection when purchasing AI Super Credits from the add-ons tab of your Workspace's Billing page.
- If you trigger overage protection by using all of your AI Super Credits, your credit pack size will be upgraded upon your next renewal.
To deactivate overage protection, click the Avoid interruption toggle off.
