Analyze a spreadsheet
Brain can find a spreadsheet via Connected Search. Or you can provide the link directly to Brain.
Upload a file
You can analyze a spreadsheet or CSV using Brain by uploading a file from your computer.
To analyze a file from your computer:
- Open Brain.
- Click the plus icon.
- Click Upload files or drag and drop a file into the prompt.
- Type your prompt.
- Click the send button.
Use a spreadsheet link
Analyze your spreadsheet by manually pasting a link into Brain.
To paste a link into Brain AI:
- Open Brain.
- In the prompt field, paste the spreadsheet link and ask your question.
For example: "Analyze docs.google.com/myspreadsheet to summarize positive community sentiment from last month's Reddit posts."
Use Connected Search
Brain can search your connected apps.
For example, you can use Connected Search to analyze the spreadsheets in your team's connected Google Drive.
