Sharing options

You can share items and AI responses using the following options:

  • Send as Direct Message: Send to one or more people in a private direct message conversation.
  • Share to channel: Share the item or response to a public or private Chat channel.
  • Share to task: Share the item or response in a task comment.

Share items before ClickUp AI takes action

You can share items before ClickUp AI takes action.

For example, when you click the AI button on a task comment thread from your Inbox, the option to Share the thread is available.

Share AI responses

After ClickUp AI responds, you may have the option to Share the response.

For example, when you summarize a thread, you can share the AI generated summary.
