Work with your Personal Priorities from several convenient locations within ClickUp.
You can add tasks from anywhere in your Workspace to your Personal Priorities.
People who don't have access to tasks in your Personal Priorities won't see any details.
To see more details, you can always view priorities in an expanded view.

From toolbar
You can easily view and manage your Personal Priorities from the toolbar.
From tasks
Quickly view and add tasks to your Personal Priorities from tasks.
From views
To add a task to Personal Priorities:
- Click on the Priority field for a task.
- Click an avatar. Your avatar is always displayed on the left.
- On the right, click the grey avatar to browse people.
- Search or select a user.
You can also access the task settings menu from views:
- Right click on a task.
- Click Add to.
- Click Someone's Priorities.
- Search or select a user.
From Calendar
Personal Priorities are displayed in the left sidebar of your Calendar.
You can quickly add tasks to your Priorities to schedule focus time.
From your profile
Personal Priorities are displayed to everyone on the Activity tab of your Profile.
Add the first task to Personal Priorities from a Profile
From your Profile, in the Priorities section of the Activity tab:
- Click Add your most important tasks here.
- Search or browse for an existing task in your Workspace.
- Or, in the upper-right, click Create new.
From Teams Hub
Priorities are displayed to everyone in Teams Hub.
From the Priorities tab of a team you've joined:
- Click Add task.
- Search or browse for an existing task in your Workspace.
- Or, in the upper-right, click Create new.
From My Tasks (formerly Home)
View and work with your Personal Priorities using the Priorities card.
The Priorities card is available on My Tasks in ClickUp 4.0, and Home in ClickUp 3.0.
From the AI Command Bar
You can use the Open My Priorities command from the AI Command Bar:

pri. - Press Return or Enter.
