Invite someone to a SyncUp
SyncUp call links cannot be shared externally at this time. However, you can:
- Directly invite people to a SyncUp taking place in a Channel.
- Copy a SyncUp link and add it to calendar invites.
- Copy a SyncUp link and share it with others.
Invite people to a Channel SyncUp
Invite people to in-progress Channel SyncUps. Only people with access to the Channel can be invited.
To directly invite people to a Channel SyncUp:
- Start or join the SyncUp.
- At the bottom, click the participants icon. If you're using the mini player, click the ellipsis ... icon.
- Select Invite people.
- Search for and select people, then click Invite.
- Invitees will see a pop-up on their screen accompanied by a ringing sound. They can join or decline the call from the pop-up.
Share a SyncUp link
To share a SyncUp call link:
- Start or join a SyncUp.
- If you're in fullscreen, click the minimize button in the upper-right corner.
- At the bottom of the mini player, click the ellipsis ... icon.
- Select Copy call link.
- The link will be copied to your clipboard.
Share a SyncUp recording
If you had AI Notetaker record your SyncUp, you can share the recording with others in your Workspace.
