ClickUp University is our customer-facing, self-paced learning platform. There are courses to help new or existing team members build foundational learning.

Complete learning paths and earn certificates to verify your knowledge. Then share your credentials on LinkedIn and other social platforms!

To register, in the upper-right corner of the ClickUp University homepage click Sign In.

Webinars

You can watch ClickUp University's on-demand webinars and attend live webinars to learn use cases, workflows, and deep dives on features.

Priority Support is available for Business Plus and Enterprise Plans

For all other plans, the fastest way to connect with us is via our Support Assistant in the following ways:

  • All plans: Our Automated Support Assistant is free and available 24/7 for all plans.
  • Unlimited and Business Plans: Live chat with our support specialists is available for paid plans. For certain requests like billing and technical support, a specialist will follow up via email after you submit your request.

We've trained our assistant to answer thousands of questions about ClickUp features, workflows, billing information, use cases, feature requests, integrations, and troubleshooting!

You can access the assistant from these two locations:

  • Your Workspace: Click the question mark icon in the lower left corner then Connect with Support.

ClickUp does not offer phone support.

Work with ClickUp Support Specialists

When someone in your Workspace connects with ClickUp support the support specialist sometimes needs account access for troubleshooting purposes. Support specialists must ask permission to access the account each time.

To streamline this process, everyone in your Workspace can enable Login permissions for their own account. This allows support to securely access the items the account holder has access to and is requesting assistance with. 

On Enterprise Plans, the owner can set an override Login permission for the entire Workspace.

Feature Requests and Feedback

If there's a feature or update you'd like, take a look at our Feedback Boards to see if other users have requested the same thing. If so, you can leave your vote and comment to ensure you're kept up to date by the ClickUp Product team.

If you don't see a match for your feature request, you can create a new request and the Product team will review it.
