We make sure our help center has all the info about the latest features and improvements with every update, every week. Our goal is to get you the answers you need when you need them, so you can get back to work.

ClickUp University

ClickUp University is our customer-facing self-paced learning platform. There are courses to help new or existing guests, members, and admins on your team build foundational learning.
Complete learning paths, earn certificates to verify your knowledge, then share your credentials via LinkedIn or other social media!

To register, click Sign In on the upper-right corner of the ClickUp University homepage.


You can utilize our On-Demand Webinars and Live Webinars to learn use cases, workflows, and deep dives on ClickUp features.

Live Trainings

You can also register for a paid Live Training through ClickUp University.

Template Center

You can explore ready-to-use templates that will elevate your use case in our Template Center. You can search for your specific use case or browse the available options by category.

There is also an option to filter the template by its level, and the template type is represented by the symbol to the left of its name.

Connect with ClickUp Support

ClickUp Support is available 24/7 to all users free of charge via our Support chatbot.

Live chat with our agents is available for users on paid plans.

Due to the complexity of certain requests like billing and technical support, our agents will follow up via email after you submit your request through the Support chatbot.

We also offer Priority Support for our Business Plus and Enterprise customers.

Chatting with our bot is an interactive experience and it is trained to answer thousands of questions covering ClickUp features, workflows, billing information, use cases, feature requests, Integrations, troubleshooting, and more!

You can access the Support chatbot from
  • From your Workspace: Click the ? question mark icon in the lower left corner then Connect with Support
  • From the Help Center: Click the Chat Bubble icon in the lower right of the screen.
ClickUp does not offer Phone Support. The fastest way to connect with us is via our chatbot.

Feature Requests and Feedback

If there is a feature you would like to see added to your Workspace, take a look through our Feedback Boards and see if it is something other users have requested! If so, you can leave your vote and comment to ensure you are kept up to date with the progress made with it by the ClickUp Product team.
If you do not see a match for your feature request, you can create a new one and the Product team will review it.
