ClickUp does not offer phone support. Priority Support is available for Business Plus and Enterprise Plans For all other plans, the fastest way to connect with us is via our chatbot in the following ways:

- Use our in-app chatbot to create an email ticket. Our chatbot is free and available 24/7 for all plans.
- Use our AI chatbot from our website. Our AI chatbot appears in the lower-right corner as you're browsing.

Paid plans:
- Use our chatbot to create a live chat with a human support specialist.
- For certain requests like billing and technical support, a specialist will follow up via email after you submit your request.
Access our chatbot
We've trained our in-app chatbot to answer thousands of questions about ClickUp features, workflows, billing information, use cases, feature requests, integrations, and troubleshooting!
You can access the assistant from these two locations:

From your Workspace: In the upper-right corner, click your personal avatar and select Help. The Support menu opens in the lower-left corner of your Workspace.
- The Help Center: Click Get help in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Work with ClickUp Support Specialists
When someone in your Workspace connects with ClickUp support, the support specialist sometimes needs account access for troubleshooting purposes. Support specialists must ask permission to access the account each time.
To streamline this process, everyone in your Workspace can enable Login permissions for their own account. This allows support to securely access the items the account holder has access to and is requesting assistance with.
On Enterprise Plans, the owner can set an override Login permission for the entire Workspace.
