Customizable views allow you to quickly identify your most important work.
Prioritize tasks with filtering and sorting
Prioritize work in your view by filtering and sorting tasks.
Filter tasks
Filtering lets you hide the tasks you don't need to see.
You can add one filter or a combination of filters to show exactly what you need to see in your view. You can create different views with different filters if you have a more complex workflow.
The following are some of the most effective filters for prioritizing work:
- Status
- Due date
-
Priority
The Priority ClickApp must be activated.
- Custom Fields
- Task type
- Assignees
- Tags
-
Time Estimates
The Time Estimates ClickApp must be activated.
Sort tasks
Once your filters are set up, you can sort tasks in List and Table view to display the most important items first.
You can sort tasks by multiple fields at once. The order in which you add sorting determines the field's prioritization.
Before you can start sorting, you'll need to add the fields you want to use as columns to the view.
The following fields are ideal for sorting when prioritizing work:
- Status
- Due date
-
Priority
The Priority ClickApp must be activated.
- Custom Fields
- Assignees
-
Time Estimates
The Time Estimates ClickApp must be activated.
