What you'll need

  • Whiteboards are available on every plan.

  • The number of Whiteboards that can be created depends on your plan:

    • Free Forever: 3 Whiteboards.

    • Unlimited: 10 Whiteboards.

    • Business, Business Plus, and Enterprise: Unlimited Whiteboards.

  • Guests can use Whiteboards.

  • If using Google Chrome, you must enable hardware acceleration.

Understand Mind Maps

Mind Maps start with a main idea, or node. Nodes representing related concepts branch off from it horizontally and vertically.

Mind Maps are great for professional and personal project planning. Create a Mind Map for website management, marketing campaigns, home renovation, time management, or note-taking.

Add a Mind Map to a Whiteboard

  1. Open a Whiteboard.

  2. From the Whiteboard toolbar, click the Mind Map icon.

  3. Click into the Whiteboard to add your first node.

  4. Click one of the plus buttons to add a connector and a new node.

Customize a Mind Map

Like the other Whiteboards items, Mind Maps have an Item menu you can use to customize your work.
