Use the Agent
If you contact the Agent in the location containing the topic of the announcement and the key details it should include, it will use that context.
You can also:
- DM the Agent with the topic and key details.
- In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention the Agent with the topic and details.

Assign the Agent to a task containing the info.
- If no topic or details are provided, the Agent will ask for them.
The Agent's data sources
When triggered, it uses the content of the message or task where it is triggered.
The Agent's response
The Agent will respond where it was triggered with a company announcement using this template:
- Greeting (“Hi team,”)
- Opening context (1–2 sentences)
- Key details (bulleted if needed)
- Impact / next steps
- Call to action (if applicable)
- Closing (“Thank you for your continued dedication.”)
