If you contact the Agent in a location containing the HR policy URL, it will use that context.

You can also:

• DM the Agent with the HR policy URL.
• In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention the Agent with the HR policy URL.
• Assign the Agent to a task containing the info.
  • If no topic or details are provided, the Agent will ask for them.

The Agent's data sources

These are the locations where the Agent is instructed to look for the info it needs to do its job:

• The HR policy
• Existing subtasks on the parent task
• The parent task’s assignees
