Use the Agent

If you contact the Agent in a location containing the candidate's job title, it will use that context.

You can also:

• Assign the Agent to a task containing the candidate's job title.
• DM the Agent with the job title.
• In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention the Agent with the job title.
  • Optional: Include a task link if you want subtasks to be added to an existing task.
  • Optional: Include a List location and candidate name if you want a new task created.

The Agent's data sources

These are the locations where the Agent is instructed to look for the info it needs to do its job:

• Web search results for a candidate pre-screen checklist and interview questions
• Any Workspace data you provide directly.

Optional steps

• After generating the checklist, the Agent asks whether you want it to create subtasks.
  • If you say yes, it creates subtasks in the same order as the checklist.
