Use the Agent
If you contact the Agent in a location containing the candidate's job title, it will use that context.
You can also:
- Assign the Agent to a task containing the candidate's job title.
- DM the Agent with the job title.
- In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention the Agent with the job title.
- Optional: Include a task link if you want subtasks to be added to an existing task.
- Optional: Include a List location and candidate name if you want a new task created.
The Agent's data sources
These are the locations where the Agent is instructed to look for the info it needs to do its job:
- Web search results for a candidate pre-screen checklist and interview questions
- Any Workspace data you provide directly.
Optional steps
- After generating the checklist, the Agent asks whether you want it to create subtasks.
- If you say yes, it creates subtasks in the same order as the checklist.
The Agent's response
The Agent will respond where it was triggered with the pre‑screen checklist in this format:
- A checklist formatted as questions
- A toggle list of sources
