Use Lists to organize your tasks within Spaces, Folders, and Subfolders.

Lists availability by plan

Lists are available on all plans.

List limits per Folder

Lists within the Folder and its Subfolders count toward these limits. Archived Lists do not.

Free Forever Plan 100 Lists

Each Folder you create includes one List. Because of this, Free Forever Workspaces that have hit the 40 List per Space limit will not be able to create new Folders.

Enterprise Plan 400 Lists

List limits per Space

In addition to Folderless Lists, Lists within the Space's Folders and Subfolders count toward these limits. Archived Lists do not.

Lists availability by user role

Everyone, including guests, can use Lists. Guests, limited members, and limited members view only must have Lists shared with them.

Feature limitations

The following limitations apply to Lists:

  • Each List can have up to 50,000 tasks.
    • Subtasks count toward this limit.
    • Archived tasks and subtasks count toward this limit.
    • For Tasks and Subtasks in Multiple Lists, tasks count toward the limit of every List they're in.
  • Up to 5,000 tasks can load at a time in one view.
