Lists feature availability and limits

Use Lists to organize your tasks, within Spaces and Folders.

Lists availability by plan

Lists are available on all plans.

List limits per Folder

The following table describes the number of Lists available per Folder, by plan:

Archived Lists do not count toward these limits.

List limits per Space

The following table describes the number of Lists available per Space, by plan:

Archived Folders do not count toward these limits.

Lists availability by user role

Everyone, including guests, can use Lists. Guests, limited members, and limited members view only must have Lists shared with them.

Feature limitations

The following limitations apply to Lists:

  • Each List can have up to 50,000 tasks.
    • Subtasks count toward this limit.
    • Archived tasks and subtasks count toward this limit.
    • For Tasks and Subtasks in Multiple Lists, tasks count toward the limit of every List they're in.
  • Up to 5,000 tasks can load at a time in one view.
