Customize your AI Notetaker. Choose to include recordings and transcripts, rename your AI Notetaker, and more!

Customization options are for Personal Notetakers only. Workspace and Shared Notetakers are unaffected.

AI Notetaker is included in the Everything AI Bundle. AI Notetaker is also available for purchase on all plans. Certain AI Notetaker features vary by plan and user role. Learn more

Open AI Notetaker settings

There are two ways to open AI Notetaker settings:

• In the upper-right corner of your Planner, click AI Notes and select Settings.
• Open your Workspace settings and select AI Notetaker from the All Settings sidebar.

Activate auto-scheduling

Select which calendars you want your Personal Notetaker to join automatically using the dropdown in the General section. Only primary calendars can be selected.

Customize your AI Notetaker's name and join message

By default, AI Notetaker is named after the person who set it up and sends a basic introduction message introducing itself.

Update your AI Notetaker's name and introduction message from the Personalization section.

Include recordings and transcripts in your notes

Choose whether or not to include recordings and transcripts in your meeting notes using the Notes Preferences section toggles.
