When Automations fail
When an Automation fails, we take these actions depending on which error caused the failure:
- If the same Automation fails more than five times in one week with the same error, we deactivate it. This ensures you don't go through your monthly uses.
- An email is sent to the person who created it. If that person is no longer part of the Workspace, we email the Workspace owner.
- If an email or Custom Field-related error occurs, we email immediately. We deactivate the Automation and test it.
