Sprint Task Report cards
Cards are used to build custom Dashboards and Overviews so you can report on and visualize your team's progress.
Sprint Task Report is a card you can add to a Dashboard or an Overview to see the scope changes of a current or completed Sprint.
The Sprint Task Report card accounts for all tasks, subtasks, and Tasks and Subtasks in Multiple Lists in the selected Sprint.Anyone with permissions to view the chart sees the same data, regardless of their permissions for the related Folders and tasks.
For current Sprints, the chart data updates automatically.

Read a Sprint Task Report
To effectively use Sprint Task Reports to manage your Sprints, you'll need to understand how to set and manage Sprint effort and commitment. These settings are explained in our Sprint management and reporting article.
Sprint Task Reports contain 5 tiles that break down your tasks, committed effort, and remaining work. You can also see when the Sprint's scope gets bigger or smaller.
Sprint Task Reports report on the following scope changes and settings:
Scope change or setting | Description |
Committed |
The total Sprint Points or Time Estimates applied to the tasks until the Sprint is confirmed. This number does not change if more effort is added after confirming. Click this tile to see a List of the tasks in this Sprint with their status, the date and time they were added to the Sprint, and the Sprint Points or Time Estimates. Click a task to open it. |
Added |
The increased scope from tasks added or effort re-estimated after the Sprint is confirmed. If a task is added after the Sprint is confirmed, the effort will show here, not on the Committed tile. Click the Added tile to see a List of the tasks added to this Sprint, the date and time they were added, and the increase in effort. If the effort has not increased, the Change column will have a zero. |
Removed |
The decreased scope from tasks removed or effort re-estimated after the Sprint is confirmed. If a task is added after the Sprint is confirmed, the effort will show here, not on the Committed tile. Click the Removed tile to see a List of the tasks removed from this Sprint, the date and time they were removed, and the decrease in effort. If the effort has not decreased, the Change column will have a zero. |
Completed | The tasks that have been completed after Sprint confirmation and before the Sprint is done. |
Remaining |
The tasks that are not yet completed when the Sprint is done. |
After Sprint Close |
This section populates after the Sprint is done. If you Mark the Sprint as done and the Sprint has not ended, no changes will be tracked in this section. |
Add a Dashboard view to a Sprint
