Create and apply a default List template to keep each new sprint consistent. List templates can include tasks, views, and Automations.
For example, for every Sprint, you could include:
- Planning and Retrospective tasks with checklists to make sure your Agile rituals are honored.
- A Workload view to ensure accurate capacity planning.
- Automations to keep tasks organized and up-to-date during each sprint.

Use default List templates for sprints
You can apply a default List template to:
- Every Sprint in your Workspace.
- Or, to each sprint in a Sprint Folder.
When you create a new Sprint Folder, it will use the default List template set at the Workspace level in your Sprints ClickApp settings.
If your teams need more customization, you can apply a different List template for the sprints in each Sprint Folder.
When a new sprint is added, the default List template is applied automatically, adding tasks, views and Automations to the sprint.
