The Sprints ClickApp has several settings that impact how your sprints will be managed.
What you'll need
- Sprints are available on every ClickUp Plan.
- Sprint Automations and Sprint Dashboard cards are available on the Business Plan and above.
- 100 uses of Sprint Points are available on our Free Forever and Unlimited Plans.
- Unlimited Sprint Points are available on our Business Plan and above.
- A Workspace owner or admin will need to enable the Sprints ClickApp.
- Guests can work on tasks in sprints, just like regular tasks.
- Guests cannot create sprints.
Activate the Sprints ClickApp
Activate the Sprints ClickApp for any Spaces that will use sprints. Non-sprint Folders and Lists work seamlessly alongside Sprint Folders and sprints within a Space.
When creating a new Space, the Marketing Teams or Product + Engineering workflows include Sprints.
You can customize your sprint settings for each Space, and for each Sprint Folder.
To activate the Sprints ClickApp:
- Open the App Center.
- From the App Center's left sidebar, click All ClickApps.
- Browse or search for the Total time in Status ClickApp.
- Click the toggle to activate the Total time in Status ClickApp.
Use Custom Sprint Durations
The Custom Sprint Duration feature allows you to adjust individual Sprints without changing the default time-period settings for your Sprint Folder or Workspace.
Custom Sprint Duration is only available if you opt in. Once you opt in, you can't opt out.
Set default sprint settings
Set your default sprint settings.
These settings apply to all new Sprints created in your Workspace. Changes to your Workspace-wide default settings are not applied to previously created Sprints.
