Save a Dashboard as a PDF

Export any Dashboard as a PDF for easy reporting.

When you export your Dashboard, each page will be organized into two columns of cards.

Embed cards are not included in PDFs.

Save a Dashboard or Dashboard view as a PDF

You can save Dashboards and Dashboard views as PDFs. You can download the PDF or send yourself an email with the PDF attached.

Save a Dashboard

To save a Dashboard as a PDF:

  1. Open the Dashboard.
  2. In the upper-right corner, click the download icon.
  3. Or in the upper-right corner, click the ellipsis  ... icon.
  4. Select from the following options:
    • Download PDF: Select a location for the file and click Save.

    • Export PDF to email: The PDF will be attached to an email sent to the email address associated with your ClickUp account.

      If the PDF file is over 10mb, it will be included in the email as a link to download.

Save a Dashboard view

To save a Dashboard view as a PDF:

  1. Open the Dashboard view.
  2. In the Views Bar, click the Dashboard name.
  3. Select from the following options:
    • Download PDF: Select a location for the file and click Save.

    • Export PDF to email: The PDF will be attached to an email sent to the email address associated with your ClickUp account.

      If the PDF file is over 10mb, it will be included in the email as a link to download.

Troubleshooting exports

If you're using Firefox, Enhanced Tracking Protection may block your Dashboard from being downloaded.
