How do I try ClickUp AI?

ClickUp AI is activated in all Workspaces on a trial basis. AI trial usage varies by plan.

How do I purchase ClickUp AI?

After you reach the trial usage limit, you can purchase one of our AI add-ons. If you're on the Free Forever Plan, you'll be asked to upgrade when you attempt to purchase ClickUp AI. 

Can I purchase ClickUp AI for select members?

No. ClickUp AI is purchased per Workspace. The fee applies to all of your Workspace's members. 

What if I have an open member seat?

You have an open seat if you've removed a member in the middle of your billing cycle. When you purchase ClickUp AI you're charged for that seat, since a new member can fill the seat.

How do I remove the AI add-on from my Workspace?

If you want to temporarily stop using AI in your Workspace instead, an admin or owner can turn off the AI ClickApp.

If you turn off the AI ClickApp, you will still be billed for ClickUp AI.  

How do I turn off ClickUp AI for my Workspace?

If ClickUp AI is turned on in your Workspace, an owner or admin can easily turn it off.

  1. Click your Workspace avatar.
  2. Select Apps then ClickApps.
  3. Browse or search for the AI ClickApp.
  4. Click the toggle off.
    If you turn off the AI ClickApp you will still be billed for ClickUp AI. 

Will AI be available in all my Workspaces?

The ClickUp AI add-on is purchased for a single Workspace. If you have multiple Workspaces, you'll need to purchase AI for each of your Workspaces.
