How do I try ClickUp AI?
ClickUp AI is activated in all Workspaces on a trial basis. AI trial usage varies by plan.
How do I purchase ClickUp AI?

Can I purchase ClickUp AI for select members?
No. ClickUp AI is purchased per Workspace. The fee applies to all of your Workspace's members.
What if I have an open member seat?
You have an open seat if you've removed a member in the middle of your billing cycle. When you purchase ClickUp AI, you're charged for that seat, since a new member can fill the seat.
What are AI credits?

I bought credits. Why doesn't Brain Assistant work?
Credits are for automatic AI features. Brain Assistant and other manual AI features require the Brain AI add-on (formerly AI Standard).
What happens when I reach my AI credit limit?
You'll be notified before you reach your credit limit. Learn how to track your AI credits and purchase more.
How are credits shared across my Workspace?
Automatic AI features that use credits can be purchased in packs. These credits are shared by everyone in your Workspace. For Brain Assistant and other manual AI features, the Brain AI add-on (formerly AI Standard) is still required for all seats in the Workspace.
Can I limit who can use credits in the Workspace?
No. Credits are accessible to any user who has access to AI in the Workspace.
Which AI add-on is right for me?
For most Workspaces, we recommend the Everything AI add-on. The features and credits included in this bundle should meet most Workspaces' needs. With the Everything AI add-on, all Workspaces can create unlimited Agents, which consume credits. Ambient Answers have unlimited uses with the Everything AI add-on. This is subject to change.
How do I remove an AI add-on from my Workspace?

If you want to temporarily stop using AI in your Workspace instead, an admin or owner can turn off the AI ClickApp.
If you turn off the AI ClickApp, you will still be billed for ClickUp AI.
How do I turn off ClickUp AI for my Workspace?
If ClickUp AI is turned on in your Workspace, an owner or admin can easily turn it off.
- Click your Workspace avatar.
- Select Apps.
- In the App Center's left sidebar, in the ClickApps section, select AI & Search.
- Click the AI toggle off.
If you turn off the AI ClickApp, you will still be billed for ClickUp AI.
Will AI be available in all my Workspaces?
The ClickUp AI add-on is purchased for a single Workspace. If you have multiple Workspaces, you'll need to purchase AI for each of your Workspaces.
