Intro to Team view

Team view (formerly Box view) allows you to see what your team is working on, what they've accomplished, and what their capacity is.

If changes need to be made to your team's workload, manage resources by dragging and dropping tasks. You can also use Team view to see workload charts for tasks, time estimates, and even Sprint points!

What you'll need

Add a Team view

To add a Team view:

  1. Click + Add in the Views Bar to open the Views modal.

  2. Optional: You can check the Private view box if you don't want anyone else to access this view or the Pin view box if you want the view to always display in your Views Bar.
  3. Select Team.

  4. Once the view has been created you can give the view a name and customize it using the Customize menu on the right.

Use Team View

In Team view, there's a box representing each assignee in the location of the view (Space, Folder, or List), and a box for tasks that don't have an assignee. Each box contains workload details for each assignee.

Tasks are grouped by status to give you an overview of each member's current workload.

You can easily expand all tasks on a box with one click!

Workload dropdown

In Team view, you can use the Workload dropdown in the upper-left of the view to switch between different display types.
