Automatically send copies of your Dashboards to anyone.
Keep your stakeholders in the loop by setting up a scheduled report. ClickUp will automatically send a PDF copy of the Dashboard to one or more email addresses on a customizable schedule.
Scheduled reports work similarly to task Automation rules using customizable Triggers and Actions.

Add a scheduled report to your Dashboard
The steps to add your first scheduled report vary based on where your Dashboard was created. Learn more about Dashboard types.
You can schedule reports for Dashboards created in the Dashboards Hub, the Sidebar, or as a view.
From a Dashboard
To set up a scheduled report from a Dashboard in Dashboards Hub or a Dashboard added to the Sidebar:
- In the upper-right corner, click Schedule report.
In this menu, you'll see a list of existing scheduled report rules. Click on the existing rule to quickly edit it. - Click Add schedule.
- Configure your scheduled report Trigger and email options.
- Click Create.
From the Sidebar
To set up a scheduled report from a Dashboard in the Sidebar:
- In the Sidebar next to the Dashboard, click the ellipsis ... icon.
- Select Schedule report.
From this menu, you'll see a list of existing scheduled report rules. Click on the existing rule to quickly edit it. - Click Add schedule.
- Configure your scheduled report Trigger and email options.
- Click Create.
From Dashboard views
To set up a scheduled report from a Dashboard view:
- In the upper-right corner, click Schedule report.
From this menu, you'll see a list of existing scheduled report rules. Click on the existing rule to quickly edit it. - Click Add schedule.
- Configure your scheduled report rule.
- Click Create.
Trigger and Action for scheduled reports
Schedule report rules use a specific Trigger and Action to send email reports on a customizable schedule.
Scheduled report Trigger
This table shows how to configure the scheduled report Trigger options:
| Trigger | Fields | Description |
| On a schedule | Starting on | The first date you want the scheduled report to run. |
| Repeat | The schedule for the report to run on. | |
| Time | The time the report will run. | |
| Timezone | Specify the timezone for the schedule. | |
| Ends | When the schedule should stop sending the report. At the specified date and time, the Automation will be set to inactive. |

Manage scheduled reports
Once you've created a scheduled report, you can manage it in the Manage scheduled reports modal.
To manage your scheduled reports:
- In the upper-right corner of a location where a scheduled report is set up, click the scheduled report icon.
- Select Manage scheduled reports.
- At the top of the Manage scheduled reports modal, ensure the Manage tab is selected.
- In the upper right, ensure the Active tab is selected.
- Hover over the scheduled report to see the following buttons:

| Info | Hover to see the person who created the scheduled report and the date and time it was created. |
| Trash can | Click the trash can icon to delete the scheduled report. |
| Pencil | Click the pencil icon to edit the scheduled report settings. |
| Toggle | Click the toggle to make the scheduled report inactive. |
Restore an inactive scheduled report
In the Inactive tab of the Manage scheduled reports modal, you can restore an inactive report.
To restore an inactive scheduled report:
- Click the Inactive tab.
- Click the toggle to activate a scheduled report.
- The Scheduled report will be displayed on the Active tab.
