Use views for goals and OKRs

We recommend using List view and Gantt view for your goals and OKRs.

Use the Company OKRs and Goals template to create a Space with our recommended Hierarchy structure and views, or apply the best practices in this article to your existing views.

List view

List view provides a straightforward, highly customizable perspective to organize your goals and OKRs. Views can be customized for their unique purposes using grouping, sorting, and filtering.

We recommend creating the following List views for your objectives List:

  • Department goals: See goals for specific departments grouped by department.
  • Region projects: See projects for specific regions grouped by region.
  • Team goals: See only your team's goals using filtering.
  • Key targets: See all key targets listed in one place.

Gantt view

Gantt view allows you to track goal and OKR progress by quickly visualizing dependencies, Milestones, start dates, and due dates.

We recommend creating a Gantt view for your Goals and OKRs Space so you can see a top-down view of all goals and OKRs.

Create customizable Dashboards for more high-level, visual viewpoints of your goals and OKRs.
