Open the Replies page in ClickUp 4.0

To open the Replies page in ClickUp 4.0:

1. At the top of your Global Navigation, click Home.

2. At the top of your Home Sidebar, select Replies.

You'll see your total number of unread thread replies next to Replies.

Open the Replies page in ClickUp 3.0

To open the Replies page in ClickUp 3.0:

1. In the Sidebar, click Chat.
2. At the top of Chat's sidebar, select Replies.

You'll see your total number of unread thread replies next to Replies.

Unread tab

When you open the Replies page, you'll be in the Unread tab. In this tab, you'll see all unread replies to threads you follow.

To keep the thread you're viewing unread, click Keep unread in the upper-right corner of the thread.

Read tab

To view thread replies you've already read, click the Read tab at the top.

To mark a thread as unread, click Mark unread in the upper-right corner of the thread.

Thread notifications

To stop receiving notifications for the thread you're viewing, click the notification icon in the upper-right corner of the thread. 

Reply to a thread

To reply to a thread in the Replies page:

1. Under the thread, click Reply.
2. Type your message.
   

   Use rich text formatting or add attachments to your message!

3. Press Return on Mac or Enter on PC.

Save a thread for later

To save a thread for later from either tab, click the bookmark icon in the upper-right corner of the thread.
