View Chat activity

The Chat Activity page displays all Chat messages where you've been @mentioned, reactions to messages you've sent, and any messages that have been assigned to you.

Open the Chat Activity page in ClickUp 4.0

To open the Chat Activity page in ClickUp 4.0:

  1. In your Global Navigation, click Home.
  2. At the top of your Home Sidebar, select Chat Activity.
    • If you don't see the item in your Home Sidebar, click More and select it.
    • To keep the item visible in your Home Sidebar, pin it.

You'll see all of your Chat activity from newest to oldest. Unread messages have a red dot next to them.

To only display messages of a certain activity type, switch between the tabs at the top of the page:

  • All: Display all messages. This is the default tab.
  • Mentions: Display only messages you were @mentioned in.
  • Reactions: Display only reactions to messages you sent.
  • Assigned: Display only messages assigned to you.

Open the Chat Activity page in ClickUp 3.0

To open the Chat Activity page in ClickUp 3.0:

  1. In the left Sidebar, click Chat.
  2. In Chat's sidebar, click Activity.

You'll see all of your Chat activity from newest to oldest. Unread messages have a red dot next to them.

To only display messages of a certain activity type, click the filters in the upper-left corner:

  • Mentions: Display only messages you were @mentioned in.
  • Reactions: Display only reactions to messages you sent.
  • Assigned to me: Display only messages assigned to you.

Open a Chat message

Click any message on the page to open its thread in the right sidebar.
