Follow a thread

When you are @mentioned in a message, you automatically become a thread Follower.

To manually follow a thread:

1. Hover over a message in the thread.
2. Right-click the message. Or, hover over the message and click the ellipsis ... icon.
3. Select Get notified about new replies.

Unfollow a thread

You can unfollow a thread from the Replies page or its Channel or direct message.

Replies page

To unfollow a thread from the Replies page, click the bell icon in the upper-right corner of the message.

Channels and direct messages

To unfollow a thread:

1. Hover over a message in the thread.
2. Right-click the message. Or, hover over the message and click the ellipsis ... icon.
3. Select Turn off notifications for replies/thread.
