Open a List view on mobile
- From the left side of your screen, swipe right to open the sidebar.
- Open the Space, Folder, or List:
- To open a Space or Folder, tap the open icon to the right of its name.
- To open a List, tap the List name.
- To expand a Space or Folder's contents, tap it.
- To open a Space or Folder, tap the open icon to the right of its name.
- To change views, tap the current view's name at the top.
- Select the List view you want to open.
Browse tasks in ClickUp 4.0
Swipe up or down to browse tasks in the List view. To view more task fields, rotate your device!
Tap on any task to open it. To close the task and return to the List view, tap the back icon in the upper-left corner.
To search for tasks in List view on the mobile app:

In the lower-left corner, tap the search icon.

Type the name of a task.

Create tasks in List view
To create a new task in List view on the mobile app:
- In the lower-right of the List view, tap Task.
- Name the task and add any optional details.
- Tap Create.
Update task statuses in List view
To update a task status in List view on the mobile app:
- To the left of the task, tap the status icon. The color of the icon indicates the task status.
- Select a new status.

- Find the task you want to edit.
Rotate your device to see more fields!
- Swipe horizontally to move through its fields.
- Tap the field you want to edit.
- Select or type a new value for the field.
- Tap Done.
