Toggle list appearance in authenticated Docs

After you create a toggle list in the authenticated Docs editor, the enabled high-contrast treatment keeps its chevron visible at rest with a persistent background pill; hover remains available as supplemental feedback. Describe this behavior for light and dark authenticated Docs surfaces only. It does not change expand/collapse mechanics or imply a plan entitlement, and it does not apply to public Docs, public sharing, the embedded editor, comment composers and quotes, Inbox comment-mention previews, or unverified mobile surfaces.
