Use the Agent
If you contact the Agent in the location containing the task you want it to summarize, it will use that context.
You can also:
- DM the Agent a link to the task you want it to summarize.
- In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention the Agent with the link.
The Agent's data sources
When triggered, it uses the following data from the task provided to do its job:
- Custom Fields such as Detected On, Severity, Root Cause, and Resolution
- Task assignee(s) and status
The Agent's response
The Agent will respond where it was triggered with the Incident Report using this template:
Incident ID / Name: <task title or custom ID>
Date & Time of Incident: <MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM AM/PM>
Severity / Priority: <Critical / Major / Minor or equivalent>
Impact Summary: <what was affected>
Root Cause (or Suspected Cause): <short explanation>

Time to Resolve: <calculated or omitted per logic>
Follow-Up Actions / Preventive Steps: <next steps or prevention measures>
Owner / Resolver: <assignee name(s)>
