Use the Agent

If you contact the Agent in the location containing the required info, it will use that context.

You can also:

  • DM the Agent.
  • In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention.

Required info

  • The Space, Folder, or List.
  • The tasks in the Space, Folder, or List must use Custom Fields to indicate Effort, Risk, and Impact.
    • If the Custom Fields are not provided, the Agent will ask for them or perform its own qualitative assessment based on task titles, descriptions, labels, due dates, and comments.

These are the locations where the Agent is instructed to look for the info it needs to do its job:

  • Tasks within the provided Spaces, Folders, and Lists with Backlog tasks.
  • The required Custom Fields.
