Learn how to create a Super Agent with our no-code builder.

Use the Agent

If you contact the Agent in the location containing the required info, it will use that context.

You can also:

  • DM the Agent.
  • In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention.

Required info

  • The List containing the backlog tasks.
  • The tasks in the List must use Custom Fields to indicate Effort, Risk, and Impact.
    • If the required List or Custom Fields are not provided, the Agent will ask for them or perform its own qualitative assessment based on task titles, descriptions, labels, due dates, and comments.

The Agent's data sources

These are the locations where the Agent is instructed to look for the info it needs to do its job:

  • Tasks within the provided Spaces, Folders, and Lists.
  • Backlog Lists in the same Folder or parent Space.
  • Current Chat context to identify the related Sprint location.

The Agent's response

The Agent does not include dates or times in the table.

The Agent will respond where it was triggered with the prioritization table and the specified tone using a markdown table with the following columns:

  • Task name
  • Description or notes
  • Owner
  • Status
  • Effort estimate (if available)
  • Risk or Impact
  • Priority reason

Followed by any additional notes regarding missing Custom Fields, instructions for using different Lists, and options to view more priority results.
