After enabling the integration, you can use Personal Connected Search to search your email inbox from ClickUp.

No one else can search for files from your personal connections.

The Gmail integration allows you to search emails from the most recent year. This is a rolling time period, meaning your searchable email history always covers the last 365 days from the current date, not just from when you first connected your account.

Open Gmail from ClickUp

Once the integration is set up, use the Open Gmail command in the AI Command Bar to quickly open Gmail in a new tab.

Use Gmail tools with ClickUp AI

After connecting your account, you can use Gmail tools in Autopilot Agents and Super Agents!

Disconnect the integration

If you no longer want to search your Gmail inbox from ClickUp, you can disconnect the integration from the App Center.
