Timesheet card table

The timesheet card displays a table. Each row represents a person in your Workspace. You can drill down to see more granular details:

  • Click each person's row to see the tasks they've tracked time on.
  • Click each task row to see each time entry.

The following table describes the available columns displayed on Timesheet cards:

Column name Description
Total The total time tracked for each person and task.
Per Day

A bar displaying the time tracked out of the total hours per day.

The number of working hours per day is set on the Time Estimates ClickApp.

Add a Timesheet card

To add a Timesheet card:

  1. Create a new or open an existing Dashboard.
  2. In the upper right corner, click + Add card
  3. From the left sidebar, select Time Tracking.
  4. Click Timesheet card.
  5. Configure your card settings.
  6. In the upper-right, click Add card.

Timesheet card settings

Choose the data and appearance of your Timesheet card.

The following table describes the available card settings:

Setting group Setting Description
Data Source People Select everyone or specific people to filter time entries by the person who tracked time.
Display Show Time Estimates Display time estimates on the card.
Data




Time period

Include time entries from the selected time range. Options include:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • This week
  • Last week
  • This month
  • Last month
  • This year
  • Last 30 days
  • Rolling period
  • Range
Billable Display time entries marked as billable, non-billable, or both.
Approval status

Filter by the approval status of the time entry.

Options include:

  • Approved
  • Pending approval
  • Changes requested
  • Not submitted
Filters Show archived

Include archived tasks.

Filter Apply filters to show tasks that currently meet the specified criteria.
