Time Tracking cards
Time Tracking cards provide customizable reporting. You can use these cards to:
- See the total time each person in your Workspace has tracked.
- Filter by custom time labels and group time entries by different properties.
- Filter by location to report on time from specific Lists, Folders, or Spaces.
- Filter by specific date ranges.
- View cumulative time tracking logs for each team member for information on how time-consuming a selection of tasks has been.
- View time tracked manually and automatically with ClickUp time tracking, Toggl, and Harvest.
- Export time tracking data.
Cards do not automatically include data for subtasks. If you want to see the time tracked on subtasks and nested subtasks, you must select Include subtasks when you create the time tracking card.
Time tracking data from private tasks
Some time tracking Dashboard cards display time entry data from tasks that you do not have permission to access.
Only time entry data is displayed. Time entry data from private tasks cannot be edited or deleted from these cards.
Private tasks are displayed as Private task. No other task information is displayed. You will not be able to access any private tasks from these cards.
