Show a sum total of time tracked including time entries from subtasks, any nested subtasks, and the task itself.
If a task has 1 hour of time tracked, and its subtask has 30 minutes of time tracked, we'll show a total of 1 hour 30 minutes of time tracked on the task.
You can click on the Time Tracked field to reveal the breakdown of time entries between subtasks and the task itself.

What you'll need

The Time Tracking Rollup ClickApp is available on any ClickUp Plan.

A Workspace owner or admin will need to enable the Time Tracking Rollup ClickApp.

Individual guests can use Time Tracking Rollup if a Workspace owner or admin has given them permission to Time Tracking.
Enable the Time Tracking Rollup ClickApp
You can enable the Time Tracking Rollup ClickApp at the Workspace level or for individual Spaces.
You must be a Workspace owner or admin to manage ClickApps.

Click your Workspace avatar in the lower-left corner.

Select ClickApps.

Browse or search for the Time Tracking Rollup ClickApp.

Click the Time Tracking Rollup ClickApp to enable it in your Workspace.

View Time Tracking Rollup data
You can see the total time tracked in:
For example, once the Time Tracked column has been added to a Gantt view, you can see the sum total of time tracked reflected on the parent task.
