Q: I'm not seeing the right information on my Dashboard.
A: If you aren't seeing the right information on your Dashboard perform a manual refresh to make sure you have the latest information.
Click on the refresh button in the upper-right to manually refresh your Dashboard.
Q: I'm seeing different data, and I'm not sure why.
A: Dashboard cards only display data from tasks that you have access to view. If your permissions change or the locations shown on the Dashboard are updated, you may see different data reflected in the Dashboard cards.
Q: I updated some tasks, but they aren't updating on my Dashboard.
A: You can perform a manual refresh to make sure you have the latest information.
Click on the refresh button at the top right to refresh your Dashboard immediately.
Q: How far back can I see data with my time-based cards?
A: Time-based cards can display data from as early as August 2020.
