Why am I not seeing the right information on my Dashboard?
If you aren't seeing the right information on your Dashboard perform a manual refresh to ensure you have the latest information.
Click the refresh button in the upper-right to refresh your Dashboard immediately.
Why am I seeing different data?
Dashboard cards only display data from tasks you can view. If your permissions change or the locations shown on the Dashboard are updated, you may see different data reflected in the Dashboard cards.
I updated some tasks, why aren't they updating on my Dashboard?
You can perform a manual refresh to ensure you have the latest information.
Click the refresh button in the upper-right to refresh your Dashboard immediately.
How far back can I see data with my time-based cards?
Time-based cards can display data from as early as August 2020.
Why does my Dashboard card show statuses that aren't available in the location?
Dashboard cards show all statuses in the Workspace.
