Custom Workspace theme, avatar, and branding

Enterprise plans can create a custom branding experience, internally and externally. The custom branding feature allows owners and admins to customize their Workspace logos, colors, and URLs.

What you'll need

Activate custom branding

Custom branding settings are accessible to the Workspace owner and admins on the Enterprise Plan only.

To enable custom branding:

  1. In the Custom branding section, click the toggle to the right of Enable custom branding. You can upload any of these assets:
    • Round logo: We recommend a 72 x 72 px PNG file. The round logo is used in-app as your Workspace avatar.
    • Rectangle logo: We recommend a 232 x 48 px PNG file. The rectangle logo is used on emails, your login screen, and public links to items like Forms, Docs, Dashboards, and tasks.
    • Social media graphic: We recommend a 500 x 260 px PNG file. The social media graphic is used as the preview image when links from ClickUp are shared.
  2. You can select a default color scheme for the entire Workspace.
    • Color scheme: Click one of the colors or use the dropper tool to select a truly custom color.
