Archive a page

Archive pages to hide content.

You can also archive an entire Doc.

What you'll need

  • Archiving pages is available on every ClickUp Plan
  • Anyone, including guests, with edit permissions to the Doc can archive and unarchive pages

Docs and wikis

A wiki is a Doc that's prioritized as the source of truth. Unless specified, anything that applies to Docs also applies to wikis.

Archive pages

You can archive individual pages within a Doc.

  1. From any Doc, click Show pages to expand the left sidebar.
  2. Click the ellipsis .... to open the page settings menu.
  3. Select Archive.
  4. The page will be archived and hidden.

Show and unarchive pages

You can reveal archived pages and unarchive them without leaving a Doc.

  1. From any Doc, click Add Page or Show pages to expand the left sidebar.
  2. Click the archived button in the lower-left corner to show archived pages.
  3. Any archived Docs will appear in the left sidebar.
  4. Click the unarchive button next to any page you want to unarchive.
  5. Click the archived button in the lower-left corner to hide them again.
