View or download invoices and add details like billing address, company name, or VAT number.
What you'll need
- The Workspace owner and admins can manage invoices.
- Invoices are generated every 24 hours.
View invoices
To view your invoices:

Click your Workspace avatar.

Click Billing.

From the Invoice History section, click the invoice.
- From the top of the invoice, click Download, open in new tab, or click the x icon to close.
Download invoices
To download your last invoice:

Click your Workspace avatar.

Click Billing.

From the Invoice History section, click the Download last invoice button.
To quickly download previous invoices:
- Hover to the right of a previous invoice and click the page icon to download.
- Find and open the downloaded PDF.
Add details to invoices
Invoice details are included on any future or past invoices you open.

Click your Workspace avatar.

Click Billing.

From the Invoice History section, click into the Invoice Details text box.
- Add details, like your billing address, company name, or VAT number.
- Click the pencil icon to erase any details and start over.
- Click Save.
You won't see the info you've added in the Invoice Details text box, it will only appear on your invoices.
Request copies of invoices
- Contact us if you're missing older invoices.
- Contact us if you've downgraded to the Free Forever Plan from a paid plan and you need your paid plan invoices.
You can contact Support by clicking the chat bubble icon in the lower-right corner of your screen.
