If you contact the Agent in a location containing the required info, it will use that context.

You can also:

• DM the Agent.
• In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention.
• Assign the Agent to a task.

Required info

• Topic details from a task, comment, or Chat to generate social post drafts.
  • It uses this to identify the target social media platform, tone, and relevant context. The Agent relies on available Workspace content such as task titles, descriptions, and comments for information.
  • If not provided with the required info, the Agent searches the Workspace.
  • If it's still missing info, it searches the web.
  • If it doesn't find the info on the web, it proceeds with assumptions and clearly explains what is missing.
