Use the Agent

If you contact the Agent in a location containing the required info, it will use that context.
You can also:
  • DM the Agent.
  • In a Chat Channel message or task comment, @mention.
  • Assign the Agent to a task.

Required info

  • The task name, description, Custom Fields, and comments if triggered in a task.
  • The full Chat thread if triggered in a Chat.
    • If this information is not provided, the Agent will still generate a Creative Brief using the best available details and will note where additional information is needed.

The Agent's data sources

These are the locations where the Agent is instructed to look for the info it needs to do its job:
  • The tasks or Chat messages provided
  • Web search results

The Agent's response

The Agent will respond where it was triggered with the Creative Brief using this template:
  1. Creative Brief (includes the following sections, in order):
    • Project Name
    • Background
    • Objective
    • Target Audience
    • Key Message
    • Deliverables
    • Tone & Style
    • Timeline
    • Budget
    • Stakeholders
    • Additional Notes
      • For any section lacking data, the Agent will write:
"Not enough information provided. Suggestion: followed by a specific suggestion."
  2. Suggestions for Improvement (a separate message listing clear, actionable steps to refine or complete the brief).
