Schedule a comment or message on mobile

To schedule a comment or message on the mobile app:

  1. Type your comment or message.
  2. Tap and hold the send icon.
  3. Choose when to send the message:
    • Choose one of the preset options.
    • Select a custom date and time.

View scheduled comments and messages

After scheduling the comment or message, there are several ways to view it:

In ClickUp 4.0:

In ClickUp 3.0, open the Drafts & Sent page in Chat.

Send or edit scheduled comments and messages in ClickUp 4.0

To send or edit a scheduled comment or message on mobile in ClickUp 4.0:

  1. From Home, open the Drafts & Sent page.
  2. On the Scheduled tab, tap and hold the comment or message.
  3. Select one of the options:
    • Send now: Send the comment or message now.
    • Reschedule: Edit the date and time that the comment or message will be sent.
    • Cancel schedule and save to drafts: Cancel the scheduled comment or message and save it to your drafts.
    • Delete: Cancel the scheduled comment or message and delete it.

To send or edit a scheduled comment or message on mobile in ClickUp 3.0:

  1. On the Scheduled tab, tap and hold the comment or message.
  2. Select one of the options:
    • Send now: Send the comment or message now.
