Use custom task statuses for your Personal List

Similar to other Lists, you can use custom task statuses for tasks in your Personal List.

Add custom task statuses to your Personal List

To update a task status from Personal List:

  1. To the left of a task, click the status icon.

  2. Click the settings cog icon to edit statuses.
  3. Click Add status to add statuses.
  4. Click Apply changes.

Edit your Personal List task statuses

Similar to editing statuses for Lists, Folders, and Spaces in your Workspace, you can edit the task statuses available in your Personal List.

From the edit statuses modal in your Personal List:

  • Click and drag a status to reorder it.
  • Click on a status name to rename it.
  • To the right of a status, click the ellipsis ... icon to:
    • Rename the status.
    • Change the status color.
    • Delete the status.
