Customize your Personal List options
To customize your Personal List:
- In the upper-right corner of Personal List, click Customize.
- Choose from the available List options.
Personal List options
The following table describes the available Personal List options:
| List options | Description |
| Show empty statuses | Display status groups with no tasks. |
| Wrap text | Automatically wrap and expand the content of your tasks to reveal everything. |
| Show task locations | Show navigation breadcrumbs above each task. |
| Show subtask parent names | Display subtasks' parent task names. |
| Show closed tasks | Display tasks in a Closed status. |
| More options | More options include: • Pin Description: Display the List description. • Show task properties: Display icons for task properties next to the task name, including description, attachments, checklists, and dependencies. • Show closed subtasks: Display subtasks in a Closed status. • Show tasks from other Lists: Display tasks added to this List from another location. • Show subtasks from other Lists: Display subtasks added to this List from another location. |
