Time period and capacity options

The available capacity options vary depending on your selected time period.

Updating the time period automatically updates the availability or capacity setting.

For example, when using the Day time period with the Daily Scheduled option, zooming out to the Week time period automatically updates this setting to Weekly capacity.

Daily Scheduled

For example, to see how many hours of work Alex has estimated to complete each day:
  1. Set Workload to Time Estimates.
  2. Set Time period to Day.
  3. Set Capacity to Daily Scheduled.
You'll see Alex's estimated hours of work for each day of the week.
