Workload measurement options
You can choose how to measure your team's workload.
Options include:
- Time estimates: Uses time estimates to measure workload.
- Tasks: Uses the number of tasks to measure workload. For example, if a task is scheduled for five days, it is counted as five tasks.
- Sprint Points: Uses sprint points set on tasks to measure workload.

Custom Fields: Use Number and Dropdown Custom Fields to measure workload.
Only Dropdown Custom Fields with numerical values are supported.
Set your workload measurement
To quickly set your preferred workload measurement:

In the upper-left, click the Workload button. This button displays the current selected option. By default, it will display Time Estimates.
- Select your workload measurement option.
From the Customize menu
- In the upper-right, click Customize.
- Click Layout Options.
- Select Workload.
- Select your workload measurement option.
