Workload measurement options
You can choose how to measure your team's workload.
Options include:
-
Time estimates: Uses time estimates to measure workload.
- When you use time estimates, you can also turn on Show tracked time next to estimated in your Layout options to show tracked time next to the estimate on scheduled tasks. See Customize your Workload view.
- When time estimates measure workload, a task's daily values can reflect its saved Work by Day allocation instead of a flat average across scheduled days.
- Tasks: Uses the number of tasks to measure workload. For example, if a task is scheduled for five days, it is counted as five tasks.
