AI Dashboard templates
You can create a new Dashboard using a template that features AI Cards.
Available templates include:
- AI Team Center: View your team's activity with AI Cards.
- AI Personal Center: Improve your performance and career with AI Cards. The AI Personal Center template is not available when creating a Dashboard view.
AI cards
You can add AI Cards to any Dashboard.
The following table describes the available AI cards:

| AI Brain |
Run a custom Brain AI prompt. Apply our best practice suggestions to get the most out of your custom prompts. |
| AI StandUp | Track daily progress and insights with real-time task updates. |
| AI Team Update | Summarize selected people and teams' recent activity during a selected time period. |
| AI Executive Summary | Generate an up-to-date executive summary, showing the health and status of your department, team, or projects. |
| AI Project Update | Create a high-level overview of your project status and progress. |
Add an AI card
To add an AI card:
- Create a new or open an existing Dashboard.
- In the upper right corner, click + Card.
- From the left sidebar, select AI Cards.
- Click an AI card.
- Set your prompt settings.
Edit an AI Card
Hover over an AI Card to access its settings:
- View full screen
- Show History
- Edit prompt
- This option is only available for the Brain AI card
- Rerun AI
- Click the ellipsis ... icon to:
- Duplicate
- Delete card
Edit your custom prompt
To update a custom prompt:
- Hover over the card.
- Depending on the card type, click the settings or pencil icon.
Access card settings
Access card settings for the AI StandUp, AI Team Update, AI Executive Summary, and AI Project Update card by hovering over the card and clicking the settings icon.

Choose your AI Card prompt settings to specify what content Brain AI should generate.
The following table describes the available prompt settings for each AI card:
