Access to saved prompts

By default, saved prompts are shared with everyone. A saved prompt can be private to the person who created it. You can choose to share prompts with everyone, only admins, or select people.

Save a prompt

To save a prompt:

1. Open Brain from the toolbar or a location header. 
   • If your Workspace is on ClickUp 4.0, you can access the AI Hub.
2. In the lower-left corner of the prompt field, click the plus icon.
3. Select Saved prompts. 
4. Click Add new prompt. 
5. In the New Prompt modal, type a title and write your prompt.

6. In the Share with section, click one of the following selections:
   • Only Me: Make the prompt private to you.
   • Everyone: Make the prompt available to anyone in your Workspace. 
   • Admins: Make the prompt available only to the admins in your Workspace. 
   • Select people: Click the people icon to search or browse for people who can use the prompt. 
     

Open the saved prompts shared with you

To open the saved prompts that you have access to:

1. Open Brain from the toolbar or a location header. 
   • If your Workspace is on ClickUp 4.0, you can access the AI Hub.
2. In the lower-left corner of the prompt field, click the plus icon.
3. Select Saved prompts. 
4. Select a prompt and click the send icon.
   
5. After AI responds, you have the following choices:
   • Copy: Copy the text to paste it manually into another location.
   • Create task: Create a task using the content. 
   • Create Doc: Create a Doc using the content.
   • Retry: Get a different response from the prompt.
   • Like or Dislike: Click Like or Dislike to help us improve ClickUp AI.
